Winter Cellar Door Hours
Reservations are required for groups larger than 6
Monday: 12 noon-6 p.m.

Thursday: 12 noon-6 p.m.

There are a few guidelines that we ask you to follow:

  • You MUST make a reservation for your tasting if your party has more than 6 guests. Please call (209) 334-0274 or email: lina@nostravitawinery.com.
  • Please scroll further down this page to review our updated large group reservation policies. A large group is any party with 6 or more people. 
  • Families with children are welcome, however, anyone under the age of 21 years must remain seated with an adult at all times.
  • Dogs are allowed on-site but must remain on a leash and outdoors. 
  • You MUST have a valid photo ID in order to taste/drink wine.
  • We DO NOT allow party buses on site.

*Our last reservations will be taken for 45 minutes prior to closing.

Tasting Fee: $15 per flight per person, up to four wines per set flight: red, white, mixed.

Serendipity flight: $20 per flight per person, set flight of five sparkling wines. The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of one (1) bottle of wine from your flight for each individual. The Serendipity flight will require the purchase of a bottle of Serendipity in order to waive the tasting fee.

Wine Club members: No charge for any of three set flights: red, white, mixed. There is a $5 charge for the Serendipity flight of five (5); however, the $5 fee will be waived with the purchase of a bottle of Serendipity.

We are a NO SMOKING establishment.

Summer Music Event Policies:

• Group tickets must be purchased at the same time using one credit card for the transaction.
• If additional tickets are requested and still available, then the original purchaser must make the request.
• All guests, including children, must have a ticket. Children are welcome, but must remain seated and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Tables seat six (6), and smaller groups will be combined. If you do not want anyone else seated at your table, you will need to purchase all six (6) tickets.
• Your ticket purchase does guarantee you a seat but does not guarantee you a specific table. 
• Seating will be assigned.
• Your ticket price includes admission to the courtyard and an evening of musical entertainment, but not the glassware or wine. Glassware is available for purchase.
• Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. No one will be allowed in the courtyard prior to this time.
• Tickets are nonrefundable.
• There is NO SMOKING allowed on site.
• No dogs or pets will be allowed on site during music events.
• Per federal and state alcohol requirements, no outside alcohol will be allowed on site.

Larger Groups

It is important to give all of our guests the best personal experience possible. Please make your reservation within 48 hours. Reservations may be made by calling us at: (209) 334-0274, or emailing: lina@nostravitawinery.com.

Updated Large Group Reservation Policies:

♦TIER ONE / 1 - 8 guests: Reservations are encouraged, but not required. Tasting fee waived with bottle purchase. Reservation grants use of space for designated time frame of 90 minutes.

♦TIER TWO / 9 - 12 guests: Reservations required. This is considered a “Large Group,” and reservations are handled by Event Manager. There is a $5 per person non-refundable reservation fee, this fee is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. This fee covers your use of the space for your designated time frame of 90 minutes. Bottle purchase only, one bottle is required for every two people. Bottles must be selected and purchased upon check-in. 15% gratuity will be added to the order total. One form of payment is requested.

♦ TIER THREE / 13 - 16 guests: Reservations required. This is considered a “Large Group,” and reservations are handled by Event Manager. There is a $100 non-refundable reservation fee, this fee is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. This fee covers your use of the space for your designated time frame of up to 2 hours. Bottle purchase only, one bottle is required for every two people. Bottles must be selected and purchased upon check-in. 15% gratuity will be added to the order total. One form of payment is requested.

♦  TIER FOUR / 17+ guests and more: Private room rental rates and requirements apply. Reservation must be handled by Event Manager. Wine package required.


♦ Events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, or anniversary parties will require a private reservation and room rental charge.

*Based on ABC regulations, only Nostra Vita wines are allowed on site. No other alcoholic beverages can be consumed.

OUTSIDE FOOD: Outside food is allowed here at Nostra Vita Winery. We simply ask that you remove all items that you bring in, and you’ll need to supply your own plates, utensils, napkins, etc. We do offer grazing boxes for $15, and each box feeds two people. Should you be interested, please let us know, and they can be reserved and ready for you to enjoy!

Please note: we do not allow balloons of any kind, confetti, streamers, poppers or glitter. Decorations must be pre-approved by Event Manager.

 

Tours

Vineyard tours and production facility tours may from time to time be offered to our Wine Club members and select guests. These will be advertised via email to members, however, if space is available, the general public may be invited to attend at an additional charge.

Private barrel tastings with the winemaker will be advertised via email to our Wine Club members.
