Our Grenache Blanc has fragrant aromas of green fruit and citrus notes, which include Asian pear, grapefruit, and white peach. On the palate, there's a crisp, even sharp edge, which gives the wine a nice dryness and layers of light fruit flavors. 

Nuanced aromatics with subtle clover and jasmine notes, an underlying minerality, and a playful powdered candy essence in the background. Light and lively on the palate, the florals follow through from the nose accompanied by white cherry and wild mustard.

This wine pairs well with soft creamy cheeses, zucchini, tomatoes, beans, edamame, chicken satay, shrimp tempura, broiled lobster, sea bass, and roasted pork.
