This Sauvignon Blanc is full-flavored with grass. mineral and grapefruit notes. Notably soft, smooth and with moderately crisp acidity. The wine balances those herby green impressions with understated varietal fruit and and earthy quality. Fresh white peach, lychee, and guava fruits are accented by heady jasmine and clover with a lightly grassy back note that balances the nose. Round and bright on the approach with peach, lemon, and lime centered on the mid-palate closing out with a slightly grassy, herbal note that echoes the nose.

Pair it with dishes that incorporate parsley, rosemary, basil, cilantro, mint or goat cheeses, as well as oysters or sole.
